Services:

Individual 1:1 Session.

Completing 1:1 individual online sessions.

Consultation Session: Free 15-20 min ( one time)

  • Initial Individual Session: $175 for 60-90 min. (one time)

  • Follow-up Individual Sessions: $145 for 45-60min. (ongoing)

Relational / Couple: Relationship coaching to for individuals and couples to learn vital skills for relating, conflict resolution, and learn effective communication skills. 

  • Initial Session: $250 for 60-90 min ( one time)

  • Couple Follow-up Session; $195 for 45-90 min (ongoing)

Solution & Strategy:

Solution& Strategy session is to uncover current opportunities, challenges, vision, decision making, and expected outcomes. Solution Sessions can be used as for one-time intensive solution-focused coaching session that provides instant clarity, direction, and/or as decision making.

  • Solution / Strategy Session: $250 for a 90 min. (as needed, also can be purchased as a gift to self/family member)

Training, Workshops, and Retreats.

Training, workshops, and retreats are usually hosted at the client’s / organization’s sites. The training, workshops, and retreats are offered for groups and teams. 

These workshops, training, and retreats are customized per client and organizations’ requirements and needs. 

The customized training introduces teams and leaders to the concepts, frameworks, and language that expands their view of what is possible for the team. 

The workshops stretch leaders, teams, and staff beyond their current capabilities by providing them with the tools needed to grow. 

The team and staff will leave their workshop acting as empowered change agents, protecting and fostering their teams’ culture and morale while leveraging a new mindset.

Assessment: Attitudinal Assessment – ELI

Afshan Malik is a Certified Master Practitioner performing individual and group ELI assessments. ELI ( Energy Leadership Index) helps gain unbiased insight into how you, your leaders, and your teams “show up” in the world.  

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like how a person views the world and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future. And it’s only available through an iPEC Certified Coach.

The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. With the awareness and insights gained through the ELI debrief, you will have the opportunity to reshape your attitude and worldview and “transform who you are.”

The ELI assessment can be given at the start of a coaching relationship and as a regular follow-up assessment to provide objective, research-backed ROI data for any coaching engagement.

The ELI will help you lead by example with power, purpose, and passion.

  • Payment:

    Payments are accepted via, Venmo, and Zelle. *Paypal charges a $5-$6 fee that the client will be responsible for.

  • Insurance

I don’t accept insurance as I don’t accept clients with acute and chronic mental health conditions, and addiction. Insurance companies do not pay for therapy unless you have a mental health disorder diagnosis.

Insurance companies do not pay for coaching. 

(Insurance companies also dictate the course of treatment with the length of treatment and progress outcomes, etc. And I prefer to focus on clients and their progress, not insurance reimbursement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

I require at least 24 hours’ notice when you are needing to reschedule a session. If you miss an appointment and/or do not reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% for no-show or late cancelation.

Services are Non-refundable and Non-transferrable.

Disclaimer:

Afshan Malik is licensed to practice psychotherapy in the state of Missouri. Outside of Missouri, she will work with you as a Coach. If you are outside the local area and appear to need conjoint therapeutic services alongside your work together with Afshan, you will be referred to a local clinician. 

Afshan only provides HIPPA compliance online therapeutic coaching via video. Online sessions are to provide clients who are basically healthy and functional but not reaching their full potential due to life circumstances, decisions, choices, self-limiting beliefs, and negative talk. Clients, who need to address mindset and attitude by discovering the root cause. Clients with more serious mental illnesses will be referred to attend traditional in-person sessions with mental health providers. 

Afshan Malik reserves the right to decline services if it is not appropriate. 

This therapist reserved the right to refer a client to another provider if she believes it in the best interest of the client.
